Robert Capa
Robert Capa, born in 1913, is now one of the most famous photographers. In 1938 "The Greatest War Photographer's" photos of the Spanish Civil War were posted. Ironically, "The Greatest War Photographer" hated war. Born to Jewish parents, Capa had to escape his home in Germany due to Nazi oppression. He then met with journalists, photographers, and artists to begin his career as a photographer. From 1938 to 1954 Capa published his work and wrote books. Robert Capa passed away on May 25, 1954 in Vietnam.
